HOW THE DEPOSIT WORKS:
To secure a wedding a deposit of £250 is required.
£150 of the deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled at least 6 months prior to the date of booking. The remaining £100 is non-refundable.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the cost of the hire when the balance is due.
The balance is due by no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of event booking.
A separate £200 refundable deposit is also required at time of balance payment and will be returned after the event if all terms and conditions are met.
There may be additional charges for marquees or other structures on the lawn - the Booking Clerk must be notified in advance of these.
